The Keepr breathalyzer + YourKeepr app

Whatever brought you here, this part gets easier.

A pocket breathalyzer and an app. One breath from anywhere, and a verified result reaches the people you choose in seconds. No labs, no appointments, no one looking over your shoulder.

  • Discreet by design

Pick the one that sounds like you.

A parent and her daughter packing a lunchbox together at the kitchen table on a school morning

When the agreement asks for proof, you’ll already have it.

Parenting plans and custody orders often ask one parent to show they’re sober around the kids. Keepr turns that into a four-second habit instead of a monthly ordeal: blow, and a verified result reaches the people the order names. No lab visits, no waiting on results.

  • Court support included: a point of contact for your attorney, and model order language a judge can use.
  • Reports and business record affidavits, unlimited, within one business day.
  • You still control what each contact sees, down to whether they see your location.

Set it up once. Then it runs itself.

Three steps in the YourKeepr app. The controls below are live; try them.

  1. 1

    Choose your people.

Add anyone who needs to see results. You decide, per person, what they see and whether they can ask for a sample.

Dana gets every shared result, can ask for a sample, and never sees your location.

  2. 2

    Set the schedule.

Choose your testing hours, then set times or let Keepr pick random ones inside them. Every test gives you 20 minutes, with a reminder before it.

  3. 3

    Breathe. That’s the test.

A reminder, one breath, and the app attaches the photo, time and place. Works without a signal; syncs when you’re back.

    1. 6:00 PMReminder. Your evening test is coming up.
    2. 6:10 PMTest requested. You have 20 minutes.
    3. 6:14 PMOne breath. A reading in seconds.
    4. 6:14 PMPhoto, time and location attached on their own.
    5. 6:14 PMShared. Dana’s phone shows 0.000.

Nothing to upload, nothing to remember.

Easy to use. Hard to dispute.

Every shared result carries a timestamped photo and the place it was taken, and the reading travels from the breathalyzer to the report on its own, retests included. That is there to protect you.

  • Photo and locationCaptured with every shared result, so there’s no question who tested, or where.
  • Reports in one business dayResults history as a PDF, and a business record affidavit on request, at no extra cost.
  • Retests are on the record tooMouth residue happens. A reading above 0.000 is labeled noncompliant and prompts a retest five minutes later. Every reading stays on the record, so the retest sits right beside it.
  • Private by defaultPer-contact permissions. Hide your location from any contact. Revoke access any time.

Life happens. The schedule bends.

Most programs are built to catch you out. Keepr is built so you can keep your word. Pick a day that goes sideways.

KeeprTest requested at 6:10 PM. You have until 6:30.

Twenty minutes to test, not a moment.

Every test gives you 20 minutes, with a reminder before it. Finish the meeting, step out, breathe. It takes four seconds.

Peace of mind in your (smallest) pocket.

A breathalyzer that doesn’t look like a breathalyzer. The lid closes over the mouthpiece, the body is matte, and nothing about it announces what it is. Discreet, on purpose.

Accountability without the burden.

The old way With Keepr

Rigid and punitive.

Fixed testing frequency, no way to start your own test, and nothing in the design for the days life doesn’t go to plan.

Flexible and fair.

Schedules you set, tests you can start yourself, automatic retests and 20 minutes to take each one. Grace is built in.

Frustrating and intrusive.

Dated hardware, clumsy apps, and very little thought given to privacy. Testing feels like a punishment.

Intuitive and discreet.

A pocket breathalyzer and a modern app. Test from anywhere, and decide exactly who sees what.

Expensive and inconvenient.

Lab tests and legacy programs cost time, travel and money, often with extra fees for the things you actually need.

Affordable and complete.

Remote testing, every report and every contact included, and a plan that costs a fraction of the alternatives.

Built on 35 years of alcohol detection.

Keepr is part of Mindr, which has built alcohol-detection technology for courts, programs and families for more than three decades. The same fuel-cell sensor, in a device you’d carry on purpose.

Before you order, the usual questions.

Something else? Send us a note and we’ll get back to you. Legal professionals can ask for a dedicated contact.

Can Keepr be used for court-ordered testing?

Yes. The presiding judge in each case decides whether to order Keepr. Your attorney can request it using Keepr’s model order language, and Keepr provides a dedicated point of contact for legal professionals.

Do I need the app subscription?

If you need to document and share sobriety, yes: the plan unlocks scheduling, your full results history, sharing, and reports. The people you share with never pay; the app is free for authorized contacts. If you only want readings for yourself, the breathalyzer on its own may be all you need.

What does the plan include?

Private and shared samples, photo and location verification, live location sharing if you choose it, unlimited storage of verified results, unlimited test requests and custom schedules, unlimited authorized contacts, and shareable results history reports as PDFs. Full list.

Can I share results with someone who doesn’t have the app?

Yes. Results can be sent as a report to anyone with an email address. Viewing someone’s results in the app is free and needs no subscription; only the person testing needs a plan.

Who controls what my contacts see?

You do, with role-based permissions for each contact. If an order requires you to share results with a co-parent or former spouse, you can still exclude sensitive details such as location. Access can be revoked at any time.

How accurate is the breathalyzer?

Keepr reads ±0.005 g/210L at 0.050 BrAC at room temperature, using a professional-grade fuel-cell sensor. Have it recalibrated at least every 6 months, and breathe into it at least once a month to keep the sensor in good condition. Request calibration through the contact form; the full specification is in the user guide.

What if a reading is positive when I haven’t had a drink?

Residue in the mouth, from mouthwash, food or other substances, can register. Any reading above 0.000 is labeled noncompliant on the report, and Keepr prompts a retest five minutes later, up to six times or until it reads 0.000. Every reading stays on the record. Wait 20 minutes after eating or drinking anything before you test. Details are in the user guide.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. You can take a sample without an internet connection. The reading, photo and timestamp are stored and shared as soon as the app reconnects.

Can I buy it for someone else?

Yes. Order here and enter their name and address at shipping, or send a gift card for the amount you choose, delivered by email. You can also so they can look it over first.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel yourself, with no fees, on five days’ notice. The breathalyzer is yours either way. The device can be returned unopened within 45 days of purchase for a full refund; the subscription isn’t covered by that policy. Device purchase terms.

Decide once. Then just breathe.

Order the breathalyzer today. Your contacts can be on the free app before the box arrives.
